PRESS ON NAILS
Are the nails reusable?
Absolutely! The use of adhesive nail tabs will allows you to reuse the nails many times.
If you prefer wearing your press on with nail glue, we would suggest purchasing an inexpensive electric nail file (Amazon, Ebay, etc.). You’ll be able to gently buff away any built up glue on the back of the nails and give you many more wears.
How long do the nails stay on?
Wear time is different for everyone and it really depends on how well you prep your natural nails before application, how rough you are with your hands and the type of adhesive you use. Adhesive nail tabs may last for a week, a few days or even a few hours if you’re wearing them only for a special occasion. With a good quality nail glue, it may last for about 1 to 3 weeks.
Are the nails strong?
Definetly, our nails are made with at least 6 coats of professional quality gel polish. Many of our designs have a layer of hard gel which makes the nails even harder. If you’d like to add more strength, you only have to choose the option EXTRAS and we will add a thin layer of hard gel for an additional charge.
How many nails come in each set?
All our designs come with 10 nails in the size you select. We also offer some of our designs in a FULL SET option that comes with 24 nails.
What comes with my nails?
All nail set purchases come in a black storage box with an instruction card on how to apply/remove your press-on nails and a care kit which includes a mini nail file, a nail buffer, a cuticle pusher and two alcohol pads.
*Adhesives such as nail glue and nail tabs are not included with nail purchase but they are sold separately in our ACCESSORIES section.
If you order more then one set, they might be combined in the same box :
1 set = in his own box
2 sets = both sets in the same box
3-4 sets = combined in a bigger box
What type of adhesive should I use?
Nail adhesive tabs - For short term use (1-7 days)
Professional quality nail glue - For long term use (1-3 weeks)
*Try using both together at the same time for a long lasting wear
What nail glue do you recommend?
It’s always best to use a professional quality nail glue such as IBD 5 Second Glue or KDS Nail Glue.
How do I know the size I need?
*Be sure to measure both of your hands, all 10 fingers.
- The best way is to purchase one of our SIZING KIT to ensure the perfect fit before placing your first set of nails. All sample pack includes one of the 10 nail sizes available so you only have to write down the ones you need for both of your hands in the notes when you purchase a set of nails.
- You also have the possibility to buy a FULL SET (24 nails) for your first order if you don’t want to wait for a sizing kit and if you are not confident of measuring your nails. All the basic are available in Full Set and some other designs.
- If you still want to order right away, you may measure your own nails yourself and find your size from our sizing guide. You may refer to our picture HOW TO MEASURE in the SHAPE & SIZING menu to know how to do it yourself properly.
What if the nails I purchased don’t fit?
Since all our set of nails are handmade, we cannot be held responsible if the wrong size is ordered. We sell sizing kits and we made available a sizing guide to help you find the perfect fit.
*If the size is off on one nail or a few, we suggest purchasing our replacement nails option from our menu.
Can you replace a lost nail?
Of course! You can order some REPLACEMENT NAILS.
Do you offer custom designs?
As of September 5th 2023, I no longer accept custom design requests.
Can I make changes to an existing design?
Absolutely! All sets are made to order and may be customized for you. If you’d like the design in another color, matte or glossy finish or small design changes simply make a note in the special requests section.
For bigger changes that include adding or changing crystals/ornaments/charms please contact us first for approval or for a new price rate.
*Additional charges may occur.

How long will it take to ship my order?
*Please note that process time does not include shipping time.
All our products are 100% custom, order to made and handcrafted (except for the Ready-to-ship sets and other accessories).

SIZING KITS: 1-3 business days
READY-TO-SHIP: 1-3 business days
*This is just an estimate.
Due to high volume of orders, we do not guarantee that your order will be shipped within this time frame. They may be shipped sooner but can also take longer. Delays are due to the amount of nail sets purchased in each order. Orders with more then one set take longer to complete. Keep in mind, that all sets are made to order and worked on by nail artist Laurence B., in the order they were received.
If you need your set by a certain date, please send us a message to let us know what we can do to make this possible.
*Please note that if you purchase a ready to ship item along a made to order set, your order will NOT be shipped right away. Please order any Ready-to-ship sets separately if you need to get them faster than your handmade sets.
Do you ship internationally?
We don't ship in every country anymore but we do ship in Canada, United States, Australia, United Kingdom, France, Spain, Israel, Japan, Sweden, Norway, Iceland, Ireland.
*If it's your first time ordering with us, it's HIGHLY recommended to purchase using the shipping option (TRACKED PACKET - INTERNATIONAL) as we can't be held responsible if your package end up lost or stolen especially if you choose the option without a tracking number.
Do you offer Rush shipping?
I no longer offer rush order shipping.
What if my package was sent back to you, can you resend it?
Of course! Please contact us to make sure we have received your package and then pay the RE-SHIPPING FEE so we can send it back your way.
Do you offer wholesale?
I do not.

All orders are ship from Montreal (QC), Canada with CanadaPost services.
*Please note that processing time does not include shipping time. Our current processing time for all handmade sets is 3-4 weeks.

Cancellations & Returns?
Due to the handmade and custom nature of our product, we DO NOT accept any cancellations or returns. Please be sure to order the right size as we won’t be held responsible if the wrong size nails are ordered.
*If there is any problems with your current order, please contact us within 24hrs of purchase. We will gladly assist you.
All sales are FINAL (except in the case of products delivered in defective or damaged state). If so, please contact us and include an image of the damaged product.

Read carefully all information listed under the item description before placing your order. Be aware of our processing time and the estimated delivery time frame and make sure you order the right size for your nails as we are not held responsible if the wrong size is ordered.
Please double check shipping information before checking out. We are not held responsible for packages lost in transit, delivered packages that are missing or with incorrect address.
If there’s an apartment number make sure you enter it to avoid your package to be returned to us and having to pay additional fees to reship it to you.
